Dates & Times are AEDST. To make it interesting, all predictions must be entered by midnight (23:59:59), AEDST, Sunday 28 February 2010. Deleted posts do not count, only actual posts! (Hopefully posts don't go missing this time around)

Closest guess to actual post time will win - regardless of whether the guess is earlier or later than the posting time. Winner will have name engraved in Winner's Podium honour roll.

Good luck to all.

Yes Sam. That is the post number which has nothing to do with the number of posts we have had on AFF....

Thassrigh' - Only available posts count.

This is post #297,129; as of this post there have been 60,050 posts removed/deleted/expunged for various reasons so there are now currently 237,079 "posts".

That's a fair percentage that have been removed! Maybe we need a 'Worst Of' thread featuring some of them?

Not quite Karen. A few years ago the actual number of posts and the post number were very close to each other. I think there was around 400 deleted posts less in the post count.

Then we had an upgade to the software a couple of years ago and the actual post number increased, let's say accidentally so the the actual post count and the post number no longer agree.

Nothing wrong with having the contest on actual post count as long as a bulk delete does not happen again.

The post count for the last 4 days is >300 posts per day.

That makes it hard. Just a reminder for anyone wishing to guess, do not go anywhere near my guess as you will be wrong :!: ;)

Have you made a guess? How can we be wrong posting the same time as you once you have posted your guess?
