Love the Off Topic thread. There are so many random conversations happening with multiple posters but people seem to keep track of disjointed conversations without skipping a beat.

On another forum they have had to cut off long threads as they were wreaking havoc with the search function.

I don't even know how to get started with the Off Topic thread – too much going on! It's like you need a "previously on..." recap to fill you in.

Just watch it for a day or so, you will soon find yourself up to speed. Its a fast moving thread.

I know how you feel. When I started reading it I went back through a couple of days posts but then I just started reading it day by day. The "quotes" usually only go back a week at the most and if they are older than that then I've seen a bit of extra information given to explain things.

I still haven't gotten back to it. Hopefully I can now that the school holidays are nearly over. The thread is mostly friendly but if it gets out of hand, the moderators are very quick to modify or delete posts.

I've found it to be an incredible insight into the personality and lifestyle of many members. Give it a go for a few days and see what you think. It's not for everyone, but it's worth looking at.

Nah. Jump right in and post. If your post is ignored all good. But if someone notices your post could be the start of trouble.
