Now we are behind in WAR so we bought some at 1.065 with the hope that I can get rid of the lot of the if they go up to $1.15. I do hope we are not dreaming.
Averaging down can be very risky……
Same for our SMSF holding, although, with the dividends, we are up... just. The dividends have certainly picked up recently. Like you, I would be happy with a break even sale, netting the dividends as profit. WAR has not been all that Wilson cracked it up to be.

Droneshield (DRO) continues to fall, today rather more dramatically 31%. Might be good for a decent buy when the dust finally settles.

Peel and Cedar Woods presented last night. That is PEX and CWP.
Trying to get some PEX but market has moved up.
The only risk to Cedar woods would be a major cut in immigration that looks unlikely to occur.

Droneshield DRO was not helped by the AFR story that the CEO and 2 directors had dumped $50 million of shares on the market without any explanation.
I wonder if ASX and ASIC may seek to cancel these trades.

35% drop in profit and challenging international conditions ?

I hold shares for the long term, short term hiccups can be a buying opportunity.

looking more than shaky.

Fundamentals are good.. good business, low debt, limited competition..sales can be volatile.
It has had a few good years and carried up by the general euphoria.
The drop is a double whammy.. market caution and a sales hiccup..
Primary production businesses are often volatile.. but have a support floor as a seminal business (farmers go broke/country goes broke)
If I was buying I would certainly be watching and waiting for a bit...
