ANZ announcement today...ceasing the share buyback and having a DRP which will not be neutralised.
So having already "spent" almost $1.2B in a buyback, a 180degree turnaround by issuing extra shares instead of reducing.
Also stated a 1.5% discount on the DRP, don't know if that is new. Shares up (atm) on a down day.
