Had to depart early. Family event back in Melbourne.

Great event, friendly crowd, my 1st social event. Nice chat with a couple AFF folk. Thank you.

1st session nothing new for myself but nice to go over it all.

2nd session with in depth Expert Flyer by Lam was it. Really fascinating stuff, delving into the fare rules, specifics, benefits, potential etc.
I'm sure your inbox will be flooded with new clients on Monday.

Pity I had to leave before 3rd session with stuff about multiple school holidays trips on 1 booking, so very handy that would be for me with young family. Maybe a rep can share some info with me.

Absolutely fantastic day. Whilst I knew quite a lot of the first session, the ExpertFlyer session was a real eye opener for me. I will subscribe now and start dreaming ! I think I also will have a new Travel Agent!

Well done Matt, Nelson and Alan.

I agree with Townsend, a fantastic day and I too will be a convert to Expert Flyer and a new customer for Alan.

I think with the forthcoming changes to interchange fees and I suspect points earning devaluations and points transfer devaluations, some of us with a lower CC spend will be moving to paying $$ for flights. Today, Alan showed us a way forward with some great hacks.

Thanks also to the CP. Lunch and afternoon tea were delicious. My first stay here and the room is lovely, comfortable, quiet and location very convenient.

Great job team - really enjoyed getting to meet a number of other attendees and learn a lot! And well done - maybe a slight delay with the tech at the start of the day but your survey and efforts throughout the rest of the day showed great technical savvy Thank you!

A big thank you to Wilson, Matt and Alan for their presentations and sharing of knowledge. There was certainly something there for everyone. No matter what anyone’s individual knowledge level was before the day it was certainly greater at the end of the day.

It was also really great to meet and see so many new faces. To that end I encourage those who aren't so well known across the community and everyone else to put their names down and attend some of the various dinners and other social events that are scattered around the country.

I really enjoyed the day and realised what I don’t know. So looking forward to joining in more to see what can be learned. I bought an expert Flyer subscription yesterday then realised I don’t know how to even book anything even if I find a flight! I guess I will ask that somewhere. I also realised how much knowledge there is and how friendly and willing people are to share it in a situation like that. So face to face beats online I think. But, cough, I have along way to go. Looking forward to soaking up much more as I go! Thanks!
