Will “friends” be added to attendance list? My bindibuys +2 for the Saturday tour is not showing.

Yes, the money has hit the account, I've just been busy with other things yesterday to update the wiki. It will be done at some point and be accurate who has paid (unless only attending free events). To that end, there are two members who indicated they would attend paid events but are yet to pay, and will not be confirmed or permitted entry on the day if there is not pre-payment. I cannot be more clear about this.

Will the wiki be updated with times for things like the Saturday dinner at some point? Addresses of venues would also be good (and yes I know people can click the links but all in one spot would be helpful).

It shall be when I have gone through firming up numbers tomorrow, however we still have 2 weeks till the event so I don't see the urgency at this stage, especially when there are other things going on.

Despite the cutoff for booking activities being last Friday, we are prepared to book latecomers subject to availability in the following areas:
  • Lady Burra Brewhouse on Friday – up to 10 free spots!
  • City Tours on Saturday – up to 16 spots!
  • Jasmine dinner on Saturday – up to 3 spots!
  • Wine Tour on Sunday – up to 13 spots!
If you are still thinking of coming, please get in touch with me and we will see what we can do.

And as we have a 33 seat bus for the Saturday morning tour of Adelaide there is plenty of room for latecomers.

I have updated the wiki with some Saturday timings.

Hotel pickups:
0830 Hilton
0845 InterContinental

There will be a stop at Haigh's Chocolates for a factory tour, and also a stop at St Peter's Cathedral.
I have added a trip up to the summit of Mt Lofty for stunning (weather dependant) views of the city and hills to the tour.

We will be dropped off at Elder Park at about 1215-1230. For those not continuing to an afternoon tour, the bus can drop you back at the InterContinental, or you are welcome to make your own way back. There is no need to decide until the day.

Those heading to the Adelaide oval tour need to be there by 1.45 for a 2pm start.

Those going to the zoo are booked on the 2pm Popeye cruise.

There are a number of lunch options which I will point out as we get off the bus.
 
Drinks at the Lady Burra Brewhouse, 4 Topham Mall Adelaide start at 6.30pm. They are keeping an area available for us, so please try to be prompt to justify the space they have reserved for us. ;) As an added treat a friend of mine who is a veterinary nurse from the zoo should be joining us. I will make a point of introducing her to those on the zoo trip to help you get the best out of your visit.

Edit: as an extra special treat to those touring the Adelaide Oval, I won't even try to understand anything to do with cricket! :D
 
We'll be a little late for Friday drinks as our flight arrives at 6.30.
