AEROMEXICO reschedule - Tight Connection - Should I be worried?

I booked flights through Fright Centre CUN-MEX- HAV in April next year on Aeromexico.

When I booked there was a transit time of 60min

The flight CUN-MEX has been rescheduled and now only has a transit time of 45mins to the MEX-HAV

I rang FC and they said no problems both flights same carrier nothing to worry about.

There are so few flights that if I miss the connection I will lose first day of prepaid tour.

Not flown on this carrier before so don't know what to expect.

Thoughts?

I assume it will be a domestic to international connection. Does that make the transit in MEX more problematic?
Can you reattack the agent with that info and demand an earlier flight from CUN?
 
I checked the minimum connect times in expertflyer for AM and it looks to be a legal connection for CUN-MEX-HAV:

Makes me more comfortable.

Both of my sectors are operated by AM (and we are in J which should speed exit from the first flight) so AM will have to sort out any problem, but would prefer no problem needing to be sorted.

Unfortunately the number of flights per day is very limited both from the source and to the destination.

I’ll do some more reviewing of options to see what will fit our schedule.
 
While I haven't completed that particular connection, I think it's doable without too much worry, have had very fast connections in Mexico generally.
