Ads appearing again

Hi, I'm a gold member but am geting ads whgen logged in per this screenshot



Is anybody else seeing these? Any thoiughts on what is causing this issue? I'm getting it on iPhone and desktop.

I've messaged Admin but no response so far.

I see 1000 pay.com.au advertisements every day, everywhere I go.....they are a plague!

Just shows that a huge advertising budget sucks people into an average product.

Yes they started around the time my Gold membership was due. The Automatic payment went through but the ads remained.

Thanks Doug, that's my situation as well. I thought Gold membership avoided ads!
I'm disappointed Admin didn't respond to my earlier message to them.

I have the same problem. The automatic payment went through on 29 December for me but I’ve lost the gold badge and I see ads. I emailed the support mailbox and messaged admin but haven’t had a response.

Happened to me late last year. Payment automatically renewed but gold membership didn’t and expired. I didn’t get a response via contact form, DM or email despite multiple attempts so I asked for a refund in the end and got one. I suggest AFF fix the connection between their automatic payment and automatic membership renewal systems or they may lose more subscribers.

You’re better off than me!!! My membership auto-renewed late last year but I cannot access any the member lounge or anything in it. It tells me I’m logged in & I click to get there. I see all the benefits etc & lots of “ Learn More”. Clicking on any of those takes me to the page with the prices & benefits. I’ve actually messaged using the contact form four times now. I allowed time over Christmas knowing they’d all be off but I’m getting very frustrated.. It appears there’s no other apparent means of contact

Hi all,

Thanks for your patience while we investigate this, as its obviously affecting more than one user. It seems to be an issue with when we made the move over to Stripe for billing - this was meant to be fixed after the first year, but obviously it hasn't been.

Please DM @admin (also for future people coming across this thread) if you have member issues - this is the easiest way to get in contact if you have any issues with anything AFF related

Time for some to put in a credit card dispute for non provision of a paid service.
I no longer will pay for a subscription after an unauthorized credit card charge some years ago. Will now not trust AFF with my credit card number.
