I was thinking it would be more difficult if anyone was coming from interstate because they would have to arrange to vote somehow.

Anna, are we going to publish a date for the dinner in september? Thinking it would be good to put date out there so we can all try travel around it...?

If Jessica can commit to 7 Sept then that date is ok with me, otherwise I am trying to get George to commit to a date and 7 Sept is out for George so I am waiting to hear back about late Aug. We need some gender balance.

Also 4 or 5 July are ok for me, not 3, 6 or 7 July though. Would prefer the Friday.
