Adding a Booking reference

Hi Everyone,

Got some upcoming stays at the Novotel DH and - even though it may not last - thought I'd take out Le Club membership regardless. Bookings made through Corporate TA prior to me joining.

How do I add the existing bookings to my membership? I've tried via the App and it can't find the booking reference ... I can't even find the option on the Full Website!!

I can't recall seeing anything in the t&c's that would help in that regard. Probably have to call the Accor reservations line to verify if it can be actioned on their end. Keep a copy of the receipt following check out incase you need to rely on it for a claim. Hopefully you won't need to make a claim but the process is as follows:

10.1. ClaiMS within the partiCipating hotelSnetwork
If after seven or more days following a Member’s stay at a hotelhe/she discovers that his/her Points have not been correctlycredited he/she can ask for this to be done up to 6 monthsfollowing this stay, provided he/she submits evidence of theirCheck-out date. To make a claim in this way, a Member will haveto complete the claims form in the “Report missing points” sectionunder the “My points history” tab in his/her customer account onthe accorhotels.com website and attach a copy of the invoicefrom the hotel concerned. This invoice must not includehandwritten changes and must be in the format drawn up by thehotel.
For Points to be credited, the invoice must be in the name of theMember making the claim.
If the Member is incorrectly refused a Points credit or a benefitrelating to his/her membership Status level, the ProgramAdministrator’s responsibility will be limited to the correctregistration of the Points on his/her account.
10.2. ClaiMS Made with partnerS
For any query regarding the accumulation of Points earned withProgram Partners, or the use of Le Club Accorhotels Rewardspartners vouchers, the Member must complete the appropriateclaims form in the “Missing points from a partner” section via“Contact us” in his/her customer account on the accorhotels.comwebsite, attaching all supporting documents. The Member mustwait a minimum of 6 weeks from the date the service wasprovided by the Partner before making such a claim. The latestdate by which a claim form must be sent, following the transactionwill vary for each Partner. Details can be found in the “Le ClubAccorhotels” section of the accorhotels.com website.
For points to be credited, the invoice corresponding to the claimmust be in the name of the Member making the claim.
