FYI I am ALL Plat, but a lot of this was last year as gold. All across 2025/26 travel! I'll also try not to double down on any hotels already mentioned.
Fairmonts across Canada: Generally anything within reason on the bar menu. More often than not we used it for glasses of champagne (generally $35-$40 CAD) as well as coughtails. To quote our waiter at Fairmont Waterfront 'as long as its not a $100 nip of whiskey we should be able to do it'.
Fairmonts across Asia: A little more inconsistent. Fairmont Singapore was any coughtail, or glass of beer or wine in AntiDote. Fairmont Tokyo was similar with any of those at Driftwood. Fairmont Ambassador Seoul was very dissapointing as it was only house white, house red or corona, as well as tea, soft drink, juice, chocolate milk (lol) or coffee.
Sofitel Wentworth has a few beers, 4 wines, some half decent spirits with mixer included and generally a speciality coughtail.
Sofitel Darling Harbour apparently used to have different menus for Silver/Gold and Plat/Diamond but that is no longer the case. No champagne anymore, just sparkling and a couple of other wines, most beers on tap and then i think 3 coughtail options.
Sofitel Brisbane similar to the sydney locations beer and wine wise but no coughtails.
Sofitel Saigon Plaza was limited to glasses of house wines and beer.
Peppers Manor House was any beer or glass of wine.
Mercure Kangaroo Island Lodge any beer or glass of wine.
Mercure Kyoto station has a small menu of wines by the glass and beers as well as N/A options.
