Accor super sale offers a million reasons to enjoy a Christmas getaway - Hospitality News - etravelblackboardasia.com

Accor announced today one million rooms across the Asia Pacific region will go on sale over three days from 27 - 29 October* for stays during the summer holiday period (1 December 2009 - 31 January 2010). Super Sale rates will be available at selected hotels in Asia till the end of February 2010.
Some 100 hotels (200,000 room nights) in Australia will be on sale for A$99 per night and in New Zealand 20 hotels will be offering rooms at NZ$99. The Super Sale offers savings of up to 60% on full rates.
In Asia, exotic resorts and vibrant city hotels are available from less than A$60++ a night in major holiday destinations such as Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam.
Accor brands included in the sale are Pullman, MGallery, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Mercure, All Seasons and Ibis.
The Accor Super Sale will be particularly welcome for families, with Novotel and Mercure hotels offering free accommodation and breakfast for up to children under 16 (when sharing their parents' room).
With hotel rates set to rise across most of Australia in 2010, the Accor Super Sale provides an ideal opportunity to take advantage of bargain rates over the Christmas holiday period.

The sale is available now for A|Club members. I've just booked one night at Novotel Citygate Hong Kong ($105) and three nights at the Grand Ambassador Seoul ($98 per night).

Unfortunately no availability in Macau or for the other hotels in Hong Kong for the nights I was looking for.

Steve, is there a separate link for A|Club members?

There doesn't appear to be any references to it on the regular A|Club homepage, and the sale link doesn't provide any sign in links either.

"To benefit from this special offer, tick the "Accor Loyalty
Card" box when you make your reservation and enter your
A|Club card number. "

When I clicked the link from the Qantas email which went to the QFF website and then selected book now for a hotel in MEL the prices quoted were around $269 per night! You'd think it would be linked properly. No mention of belonging to any loyalty club anywhere in the email that I could find.

Mind you I quote this line:
Accor Hotels 3-Day Super Sale starts today! This offer is to[sic] good to be true,

I just booked 4nights in Bali at US $75 a night. Really chuffed with that rate because its at a Novotel which is usually much more expensive. :)

Had to shop around a bit. The add on the Accor website doesn't go directly to the correct dates so it takes a bit of time to find just letting you know! Worth it in the end though. Great bargain for family holiday!
