Accor stays to Qantas Points discrepancies?

People stumbling across this thread should note it matters where you send the enquiry. I used the contact form twice.

One using the Partners dropdown has been responded to with 'wait the six weeks'.

Immediately after using the Partners dropdown, I realised I should've used the 'missing points, not stay related', I sent again and I've been advised this was sent to Accor's techs. Hopefully we'll have this sorted soon.

Perhaps a QF to ALL issue or vice versa.
Ours is linked to QR and QR flights always take about 5-7 days to post but Accor stays seem to always go to QRPC in 3-5 days. I’m no IT guru though
Much the same as QF (and how AF works when I had that linked).

So it looks like it's back operating correctly.

Anyway, my account has gone through 'regularization' now so hopefully the Qantas points are not too far away for my Pullman stay.

EDIT - points have now landed.

My bonus QF points landed this morning.

HI,

I'm probably late to the party on this, but have the program terms and conditions changed in terms of earning ALL points with Qantas flights, and Qantas doesn't know about it?

For the last 2 years as a Qantas Gold FF with Accor Silver, then Accor Classic, I've earned ALL points with each Qantas flight. From 1st Jan I haven't earned any ALL point for QF flights.

The Qantas website states that members that hold gold status in EITHER program can earn ALL points on QF flights.

However, this is directly contradicted by the current promo info on the Accor site, which states:
"ALL Classic and Silver members + Qantas Bronze, Silver, and Gold members: No points."

Is this new for 2026? And why does the QF website directly contradict the Accor site?

Screenshots of the 2 websites attached.

Thanks for any clarification.

HI,

Further to the above post, this ALL webpage attached below, contradicts the Accor Help article posted above. This states (like the Qantas page) that Gold members of EITHER program would earn ALL points on Qantas Flights. So now I'm really confused why I'm not getting ALL points for my Qantas flights.

Any ideas here?
