Accor Stay Plus FREE Night Allocation and Availability

They still haven't resolved the issue with availability for some Raffles hotels despite the website stating it would be resolved on 2nd October.
 
Definitely a whole bunch in Singapore aren't following yet as i see not available for quite a few on the days I'm looking at.
 
Hi All, looking at signing up for plus but wanting to check if there are any stay plus rooms for 1-5th May 2026 - Either sofitel legend hanoi or the new Fairmont Hanoi . Also is stay plus just for the base room? Many thanks for your help - great thread :)

Fairmont Hanoi yes. Sofitel no. The room rate they will discount is $400 so not the cheapest one without the stay plus.

Thanks so much for this, much appreciated! Is it only the base room you can use stay plus on? so when you say highest rate, it's the highest rate base room, I think that's the with breakfast rate, correct?

Only the Fairmont King room, flexible, without brekkie - $404.39 per night, 1 night $0 = $1,213
Without stay plus, best rate is flexible, without brekkie - $384 per night = $1,536
Plus taxes

Lets see how A+ support staff respond to me questioning why there's still an allocation on the hotels I'm looking at. He's trying to claim theres allocations set by the hotel and I'm countering with this.

Edit: well that was a waste of time. They tried to argue that it's allocation was full and I just kept linking the same part where they now advertise it's got no limits or allocations any more.

Eventually he seemed to get it that his arguments weren't holding water but said there's nothing he could do right now besides escalate to senior management after i pointed out that this would technically be false advertising if there is still limits and allocations.

How are you contacting them? I'm having endless issues trying to get support as to why I can't book a Stay Plus night at the Raffles Bali. I'm looking at a 5 night stay next year.

So far I've had the following made up reasons via whatsapp

  1. It's due to this issue https://help.accorplus.com/hc/en-au...-FREE-Nights-Fairmont-Raffles-Technical-Issue which according to the website is resolved
  2. You are currently unable to find the dates as the inventory for the month of April has not yet been opened. Typically, inventory is made available one month in advance; for instance, the inventory for January will be opened in December. - I questioned this that this process isn't documented anywhere. Additionally looking in the next two months, the same issue persists.
  3. Then told There are no restrictions regarding the use of the Stay Plus nights; however, it is necessary to make a paid booking for the first night, after which the second night will be complimentary. - countered that it's a 5 night booking, so that's not the issue.
  4. I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding. Currently, there is an issue affecting the raffle properties. I recommend attempting again after 24 to 48 hours. - needless to so, no response from them.
  5. Randomly received an email linking to my issue telling me I would like to inform you that the Stay Plus offer is currently available for booking, as it is now live online. Regarding Raffles Bali, please note that the Stay Plus benefit is applicable for a minimum stay of three nights. - Yikes. not paying attention
  6. Followed up in whatsapp again. Today I'm told "It has been raised to the team you will be updated" - What the heck. What does that even mean? "It has been raised to the hotel" - oh dear....that's what you said days ago
Phoning is just an overseas call centre with the same hopeless people. Does anyone have a number to speak to someone in Australia?

I've called about other things and got an aussie voice once in 6 calls. Although i think i may have been lucky.

Try Accor Plus locally during business hours 1300 36 36 37 (option 3)

I tried that just before 5pm AEST today. Option 3 got me "the number you have dialled is incorrect". Will try again tomorrow in the middle of the day.

Same result just now. Looks like they no longer have the ability to get hold of anyone in Australia

i used the online chat this afternoon, had to wrestle with the bot for a little while before it asked my to leave my email for human to contact me. Got an email this afternoon. The website is being updated apparently (mine isn't showing plus pricing for all properties), they said to wait until Monday and it should be sorted.

For the last 10 days I've been told that story. I feel it's just an excuse to get rid of you and move on. Let's see if your problem is resolved by Monday.

It's not staffed onshore, but it's the ALL Platinum/Diamond line and calls are routed to more competent agents in my experience.

Since it's Stay Plus related they just transferred me to the Accor Plus line. This is beyond infuriating now :(

Yeah not resolved #hopeless - I'm only still only seeing explorer rates for some hotels, others show normal member rates.
 
Hello could someome check availability for a stay + night at the Veranda High Resort Chiang Mai for November 2nd to 4th 2025 for me please ? I booked a backup at the Novotel as nothing was showing on launch day and would prefer to change if availability has since been loaded . Many Thanks
