Just shy of attaining Platinum status and enjoy the 50% dining benefits we currently enjoy, and the points that were added to our tally.
Prior to the issuing of a digital card the physical card was scanned and points added to our tally.
Last dining experience we received the 50% dining discount but were advised the restaurant didn’t have a “scanner” to read the digital card ……. Just curious if this is common and whether there is any way to get to points allocated. (Will obviously be querying Accor once the weekend is over).

I’ve stayed at several Accor’s in Brisbane and Sydney last month (Pullmans, Sofitels, Novotels, MGallery, Mantra). Only one scanned my digital card (Pullman Sydney Olympic Park). All the rest typed it in manually. Except for the Novotel at Rooty Hill where they gave me a bit of paper and I had to write it down myself).

That's slack! (When I was in the Movenpick opposite Southern Cross, the waitress jotted it down.)
