Does anybody know what has happened to the Accor Le Club website? I haven't been able to access my account for 4 days now, and despite a comment on another website by somebody purporting to be from Accor that the matter has been rectified, it is still not working. I have left a message on their facebook page, but it has been ignored up till now.
 
I'm not having a problem booking a hotel, but there's no mechanism that allows me to add my loyalty number or to log into my account to make the booking. I'm using the standard Accor website.

Just worked ok for me

I just spent 20 minutes on the phone with Accor, who made me go through the same procedure again, only to tell me at the end that they know they have a problem with some customers' accounts and they won't be fixed until Thursday.
 
Communication from Accor today indicates they are fully aware of all problems and everything should be back up and running after Thursday (their time), give it till Friday Aussie time.

Got a message from Accor last night, telling me that the problem has been rectified and they thank me for my patience and apologise for the inconvenience. Of course, when I try to log on, I get the same error messages I've been getting for over a week now, and STILL can't access my account!

This is where I go to log in and it is still working as of a couple of minutes ago. Try this one and if it doesnt work then you have something more serious than the rest of us. Good luck.

Yep, that's the one I'm using, and still no luck. It tells me my account is blocked (the Accor people on the telephone assure me that it's not), gives me instructions as to how to unblock it, which I follow, but then get an error message telling me they are having technical difficulties with the site. Same deal for over a week now!

I can still book accommodation, and am putting my loyalty number in the comments section, so I should still be earning points from them. It's just time consuming and annoying! Clearly first world problems though......
 
still not fixed for me - I have been able to loog on for a week or so, but still cannot see individual transactions, only a total points.
 
I just logged in to my A/c and transaction history works fine for me

You'll all be happy to know that yesterday, I finally got access back to my Accor account. After 4 weeks of emails, facebook messages, threats and phone calls, they issued me with a new password which fixed it instantaneously!

Spoke too soon, I'm getting the same error message as well.
But at least I'm able to log in to my account, and can still see my forward bookings. I just can't access any points information.
 
Back on-line. Can now print out my Hotel Vouchers. :)
