Register, book and stay at least one night between August 1, 2020 and Dec, 31, 2020,

– A Classic Member signing up to the Offer will be credited 5 Status Nights.
– A Silver Member signing up to the Offer will be credited 7 Status Nights.
– A Gold Member signing up to the Offer will be credited 10 Status Nights.

Status levels higher than Gold are not eligible for the Offer.

Apparently targeted to Flight Centre clients but it let me register without any issues and my ALL app now shows "Fast Track" under my status. Worth a shot..

Just wondering if anyone had any luck with getting their bonus nights? I've registered too and will check-in on Tuesday. Fingers crossed!

The Accor forum over on FT has reports of it both working and not working. It seems the safest way to ensure the extra nights credit is to book through flightcentre.com.au

Trying to access your favourite Australian websites when overseas only to discover they have been geo-blocked? Concerned about your internet privacy especially when using unsecured wifi? NordVPN will solve both these common problems.

Any reports from there about how long the bonus SC are taking to post?

Wondering if I should chase after a week or wait a bit?

I registered and stayed last weekend.

Regular SC posted. No sign of a bonus yet.
Can I ask of you booked via flight centre travel group?

I managed to use FCM Travel through work, but stay is on Tuesday. Reservation not on my accor app as well....not sure if it is recognised then....

No. I booked direct with Accor.

There is nothing in the Terms that says you have to book with FC.

Reporting back: checked out on 4 Nov, got standard points credited essentially the next day but no bonus 7 nights (I am silver). Accor plus online chat says I have met requirements though, and the supervisor said will be credited in 30 days. Not sure...waiting game for now...

To clarify, you only get the once off bonus 7 night status (for silver) right?
If you made two or three booking, you will only get a max of 7 nights or will you get 7 nights every booking?

It is a one time bonus.

A word of caution for people hoping to take advantage of this offer.

The Accor night has to be booked via one of Flight Centre’s corporate travel brands. This requirement is in the Terms of the offer, but I figure it’s better to advise AFFers in plain language:

Bookings via the Flight Centre website don’t count.

YMMV.

Any update ?
I’m booked through FCM for Friday and the hotel have just advised me that I’m not even eligible for points as I’ve booked through a 3rd party

Welcome to AFF :)

Yes, sadly, that is the case with most hotel loyalty programs these days - you need to book through 'official' channels to get benefits.

(FWIW, back in the early days of A-Club (ALL's precurso), it was a crap shoot to get points even if booked 'officially'.)

No bonus credited. Have been meaning to call up, purely for the principle now more so than the bonus.

My understandig is the Flight Centre Travel Group (eg. FCM) have booking systems that link to Accor's. I was able to get my standard night credited but I did also provide my member details at check in.

Hi all,

I tried to make a booking through the Flight Centre Business Travel to take advantage of this confusing offer. I don't have an account with them and the customer service agent was happy to do the booking but she was not sure if the points would go through.

Has anyone had success with this without having the FCBT account?

Hoping to take advantage as a gold member.
