... but in the app there's no 20% discount showing that I can find for any booking that meets the criteria. I'm using the app on both my iPhone and iPad.

It works when clicking through directly from the email link.

IIRC these offers are not available across the board and you might just be selecting hotels not offering the rate. You might not be missing much; I'll be paying the extra for flexibility.

The rate only appears when searching on the app, not the website. Members are supposedly entitled to extra 10% off on the rate, but obviously the app doesn't always do that.

I liked ghe old member app offer, which was 20% off and flexible.

Yep -- I thought it would be available across the board but actually it only applies to a relatively limited number of hotels.

The list is rather extensive - there's the usual Accor pdf with the list of participating properties at the end of the detailed tile in the app. It runs to 89 pages, so over 4,000 properties.

What isn't consistent is the applicable stay dates, that vary by region.
Europe, North Africa, China, India and the Americas (North, Central, South) are only for stays from 16th October to 13 December 2026.
Middle East, (rest of) Africa and Pacific are 25th September 2026 to 31 March 2027.

In the past these discounts have not been available for all hotels, give it a day or two and often you will see more choices!
