Accor Australia Promotions

Has anybody completed a stay under this promotion and had the bonus nights credit? I'm Gold, completed a stay last Saturday (7 days ago) and whilst the night itself has posted, the additional 8 nights haven't. Pretty sure I met all the criteria, it was booked 5 days in advance and was a non-refundable rate......
Was it a Red Hot Room by any chance?
 
Booked Mantra Jolimont on a RHR for $79 at end of May. Fingers crossed it qualifies, otherwise if not I'll just treat it as a mattress run

This promotion is a total mess!

I was looking into the 2500 bonus point offer this morning, with a view to booking the Ibis Styles Southbank for a one night stay on the $72 RHR rate (I should get to 30 nights in 2026 this way when combined with my other bookings, enabling me to retain platinum when I renew Explorer).

However, the T&Cs seem to imply in places that only the 'Advance Saver' rate is eligible (or standard non-refundable rate if booked between 3-15 days out), and many hotels are marked 'Special Offer' if searching from that offer page with the rate itself described as 'Saver' (not 'Advance Saver'). Decided to roll the dice on booking the Ibis Styles Kingsgate for $78.40 on the ALL Accor+ Explorer Advance Saver rate (not marked 'Special Offer') and will whinge to customer service if the bonus doesn't come through.

Having said that, I hope you do get the points though.

I noticed this. Maybe the property has to bear some part of the €50 worth of points.

Another I have seen is Advance 15 Savers have changed to Flex.

Can anybody provide an email address or phone number to raise a claim? I can't see anything on the Accor website that isn't just a generic "help" article.

After two weeks waiting for the bonus nights I used the online chat (desktop) and after a bit of prodding got the ‘bot to connect me to a human.

I was asked for the name, booking ref, date etc and an screenshot of my fast track registration email
They said they would send an email to the relevant department.

Today I received an email from [email protected] asking me to now:

While your stay appears to meet the general eligibility criteria, to proceed with the manual processing of the bonus status nights, we kindly request that you forward the original offer communication you received directly from us, rather than the offer registration confirmation email.

ensure that your ALL - Accor Live Limitless Loyalty card number was provided at the time of reservation

So that looks promising.

(Before all this I had also called the local number 1 300 363 637 but they said they couldn't help since promos are a different department and actually transferred me to a French call centre. Gave up at that point )

Ok, stupid question ... where do I find the chat option on the website? I can't for the life of me see an option in the customer service/contact us/help areas
