Just had a look at my KrisFlyer miles and noticed that I’ve accidentally transferred my CC points to my kids Krisflyers account instead. Should I get them transferred across to my account is there a benefit of having the points (50k) in my kids account?

With most CC schemes there is no going back. However can SQ points/mile be transferred to a family member?

You can't transfer miles between KrisFlyer accounts. But you can redeem the KrisFlyer miles in your child's account for travel for other people.

Yes. Although 50K may not be much use unless to SIN/Zone 1. Transferring more points in to top that up might be problematic but you can buy points.

Is this from an Amex? I would be interested to know if an Amex account and KF account does not have to be in the same name for a transfer to work.
