I've had the 'contact us' message for changes (delays) to flight time/routing from 5 minutes to 90 minutes. I've always telephoned but it didn't seem to do anything, other than have them repeat what I already knew.

Yes, quite, I can see it on line. I understand that there is no place for them to draw a line and be able to say 'if you agree with this change just accept it on line', whether it be 5 mins or a possibly totally disruptive 90 min change. It doesn't stop it being annoying.
