Has anyone here dealt with American Airlines Via twitter?
I've used social media in the past to successfully deal with Telstra. So thought I'd give it a go with American Airlines last night.
They replied to me after about half an hour asked me a few questions and then I heard nothing from them again.
I'm trying to work out if lengthy delays is normal with American companies on social media. I have noticed that the traffic on the twitter feed is a lot busier than Telstra's.
