Hi all,

On the two aircraft mentioned what's the general consensus in F. Row 1? I'm only 5'10. Longest flight is just over 3 hours.

Thanks

Edit: I should add the A321 is not transcon, just the standard recliner F.

Personally I like row 1 on the 321 (haven't been on an AA 737 in F for a number of years so won't comment), and I'm about the same height as you.

I think AA generally has a proper IFE screen in row 1 - I hate pull ups

If there is a screen it will be located on the bulkhead in front of each seat in the front row (1 or 3).

Thanks for the responses :)

I've managed to snag the front row for 3 of the 4 flights. I'll stick with it as for a shortish flights it can't be too bad. I'm not fussed about IFE. I usually use my own equipment or watch the world pass by out the window.

I decided to always skip row '1' (sometimes numbered row 3 in the 737). This is because I travelled with a roll-on and a backpack and I always wanted to keep an eye on my backpack, which I would place under the seat in front. There is never an issue with leg room. So, row 2 for me, they take meal orders from front to back generally....
Also my own IFE
