AA 2 class cabin F class changing to J

Just read the following blog on expert flyer. From Jan 11 on AA domestic two class cabins, First fare classes are being recategorised as Business (although still marketed as First).

My assumptions for QFF would be:
- less status credits would be earned on these flights, as they'll now be at the business rate
- points required would be less for classic award bookings

Win some, lose some.

Can't find any other articles on this though.
