My wonderful +1 must have been bored the other day and started reading AFF (which I had left open on the computer).
Last night in bed, just as I was drifting off into dreamland, out of the blue she commented that frequent flyers are a strange lot (yes, I admit I had to agree).
Discontented with my wholehearted and nonprovocative agreement with her observations, she continued to disrupt my precious sleep patterns to explain to me just how she arrived at this conclusion.
"All they talk about is what they have, have not, intend to have or where such intention is best satisfied.......in relation to their in-flight food and drink offering............."
"Errrr, yeah, so?"
"All they talk about is food, isn't the AFF for learning all about the ins and outs of making the most out of frequent flying????"
"Yep, isn't that part of what's being discussed?"
"Sort of, but when I order a pizza, I don't count the pieces of pineapple to see I was ripped off!"
"No, but maybe you should.............pizzas aren't pizzas you know."
"Yes true, but there are limits..........and by the way, what's J............."
I'm sorry, but that's where I cracked up and told her to go to sleep. Storyteller has previously given my darling +1 some valuable hints about accruing FF points.........perhaps I need to enroll her in the Storytellers school for wayward flyers.
(She does however, enjoy the Hilton........bring on HSP weekend).
