I have just noticed.

QF have replaced the A330-300's with 767's on this route (Brisbane to Honkers).

Serious reduction in aircraft amenity (no skybeds, no AVOD).

Where did the A330-300's go?

All a symptom of the fact that QF are seriously short of aircraft. They are doing the best they can do with the aircraft they have, but until the new aircraft start getting delivered these sorts of things will continue.

Yep, lots of changes recently and also more early this year i see.
One that that has affected me is no more KIX-MEL flights. (Ok granted that was a JAL and QF codeshare)

I am sure they are really keen to get there hands on the extra 330's ordered for both Jet* and QF

I was told by an FA recently that 2 J class passengers on seeing the 767 instead of the A330-300 promptly refused to board, forcing their baggage to be unloaded!

Kicked up an enormous fuss about the lack of service, threats to move business to CX etc.

FA was not surprised at the reaction!

for 767 in J should be a reduced fare really. They should run a special while 767 run ths route.

i am off to hk either feb or march I noticed increased flights from sydney and melb to hk witth either a day flight with 747 or an a330 or an overnight from melb on 747 used to be only two flights on offer i was sure maybe i am wrong.
