Credit Card Offers 50,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles with new HSBC Star Alliance Credit Card

My Gold status came through on the 3rd February and I still have no 25k kris flyer points. I've contacted HSBC who then told me to contact Singapore Airlines which I did via phone and email
Singapore Airlines first asked for the amount of people I have on my account who can redeem flights and proof from HSBC that I have spent 4k on the card. After the 3rd email and explaining to them that if I hadn't spent the 4k I wouldn't have got the Star Alliance Gold and SIA Gold they still want confirmation from HSBC that I've spent the 4k. Im awaiting a reply from HSBC atm.
I am so pissed off that they just keep giving me the run around when I've been spending 4k a month to qualify for the next 20k points as per the deal.
I was approved for the card in the allotted time specified. Any help with this matter would be grateful. The 6 to 8 week period has lapsed.

I'd go straight to AFCA, with the complaint against HSBC. Have an exact amount of compensation in mind. ie. X KF miles and Y dollars cash. They tend to respond quickly once the AFCA notification is received.
