Now this is a list! :)

Would love to see other contributions from others about what else to eat.

Paella from a smaller less famous and much more hospitable restaurant than the hemingway one in the square in Pamplona - nothing else compares
And I'm never going to find it again, because it was someone's mother's home cooked goat curry in Barbados.

#34 -Singapore chilli crab... Man that was good :D, on a completely unrelated note, I now want to go back to SIN...

I wouldn't have thought Spud wedges where that exotic, but then again, that's the wonder of international travel, what is considered normal by us is considered amazing by those who visit.

Not one single dish from Greece? To each their own. Poor list with heavy African and Asian influence.

“He that has never traveled thinks that his mother is the only good cook in the world”
How about those who have travelled? That statement is not far from the mark.

Take it with an absolute grain of salt - wedges in Australia? Bah humbug - Chiko Roll I could cop - but wedges - OMG

Agreed! And #35 BBQ Stingray from Singapore!

I was surprised to see wedges with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce on the list and I didn't know they were an Australian thing!

The first dish sounds awesome!

I was going to add tagine from Morocco, but I see it scraped in at the end :) Best from a roadside stall out in the boonies.

And add fresh oysters, scallops and crayfish straight out of the sea, the scallops & crays cooked on a wood fire and iron plate in the beach, with either Champagne and/ or a Tassie Sav Blanc.

Beat that!

And for meat lovers....Authentic Brazilian BBQ. Skewers of different types of meats and poultry, from the streets of Rio cooked on open fire pits on the side of the footpaths and served and carved at your table. The Argentine BBQ's are almost as good.

Kobe beef....yummy.

Just shucked Bluff Oysters and hard to beat.

Seriously, potato wedges and sour cream is our nations contribution to the list? Pffffft.

Population of Africa and Asia: around 5.5 billion.

Population of Greece: around 11.3 million.
Totally irrelevant. Population has nothing to do with the quality of food.

By the way what is the population of Senegal and why would anyone want to visit?

The (unsaid and usually unneeded) first words of the article "In this authors opinion".
As with any bucket list, they are highly subjective, based on the authors own personal experience and in this case tastes. They may not have been to Greece, or alternatively they may have been to Greece but were not a big fan of the food.

How about rather than nitpick, add some dishes to the list that you feel should be there to make it #39.

Nitpick? I dont need to add to list. My list would be heavy European influence and drron summed it up quite nicely a few posts back.

We get it. You don't like the list. Why not be positive and suggest something "worth travelling for" instead of just rubbishing what someone else likes.
