30K QFF points + wine for 20 SCs = good deal?

It is the same for me. The 20 status credits have been added but the wine is still in transit. Hopefully it will be delivered in the next few days.
What was more important? 😉

A query for those that took up the offer. I had not received the SCs after spending 30k+ on 3 6-packs. It turns out that only 2 of the 3 6 packs I ordered had SC bonuses - seems like you had to spend 30K+ points only buying the SC boxes? Seems strange.
In the past, when you buy multiple cases with differing rewards attached to them, you still get the points from each of the individual boxes. I've relooked at the T&Cs for this particular promo and can't see where I have gone wrong...very disappointed! I have requested my query to be escalated and am waiting for a call back. FWIW I'm Platinum and have retained Points Club Plus this year. Thoughts?

Thanks for sending this - unfortunately it was not clear to me at the time. I'll see if there's any leniency - in hindsight my purchase looks really dumb now (!) - I mean who would take up the offer only part of the way? I didn't really need the wine having bought up big before the EOFY, but may need a bottle tonight to drown my sorrows! 😭
 
Well I'm absolutely clear that I have purchased correctly in order to qualify for the Status Credits, 32,500 points spent - one being the QF Four Pillars Centenary Gin, and the other being the 2019 Lambrook Sauv Blanc.

Have I missed something with this promotion?

Can anyone point me in the right direction, do I need to contact QFF? Or QW?
