I certainly hope that the varying degrees of your water temperature did not exceed 1.5 degrees, relative to the CC surcharge.
I agree this could have been better, but at least there was an offer of something, and not just a 'Thanks for letting us know' response.That's so generous of them :shock:

It is the second time I have stayed there. Last time I was the guest of a HH Diamond and the room and service was better. Next time I am there (11 May) I will also be diamond so I will see what the difference is.Not enhancing my impression of BrisVegas :shock:
