Are you baiting a certain flyer who is kiwi NM ;) :p ?

But seriously though, it stands to reason that QF will continue to do this, Jetconnect has been marked for expansion and as a regular NZ traveller I'm happy for Air NZ to have some competition. It really makes sense because alot of Aus Corporations that own NZ businesses now are contracted to QF in OZ, so beefing up their NZ domestic network means they can extend this across the ditch.

An interesting side note, I didn't know until recently but Jetconnect staff actually operate the JQ Christchurch flights - that must be a treat for the JQ pax. Illustrates I guess how low cost Jetconnect is.... and I must say that their wonderful staff make flying in a 734 completely bearable!

I just wish Qantas would find a suitable location for those ex-BA 767's as well... Any route that I never fly :)

Ah yes, the seven dwarfs. I had on last week and didn't find any issues with it. There was little difference in the economy seat or cabin between that and the international config 763 I had for the return flight.

Apparently BA don't believe British Citizens/subjects have BO.

I have never found the lack of air vents to be an issue for a short domestic flight. But I understand some people do find it a problem.

I wonder if expansion plans had anything to do with the WLG-CHC route being cancelled in March this year?

I believe Qantas are going to bring that route back mid next year...
