Important to note that for the points to post correctly , one must visit Via the Qantas Mall.

$50 spend = free delivery.

Not a bad deal if I may say so myself :)

12 points per dollar must be close to a record?

Not a bad excuse to buy some new clothes...

Currently shopping there as we speak. This is the universe telling me I need more dresses.. and shoes :D

Took advantage of this when the e-mail came through. Also managed to get an additional 10% off a couple of the items I ordered thanks to a discount code on the mall page.

Tempted. But last time I shopped there I didn't get the points and there doesn't seem to be any recourse.

I ended up buying some clothes during this promotion. One month later and the standard 4 points per dollar have just been credited to my QFF account. Any idea how long it will take to get the bonus points? (Or indeed, if they will ever arrive?)

I too made two separate purchases during this promotion.
I have yet to receive any points on my activity statement, although I will be keeping an eye when the points post to ensure they post as per the advertised agreement .

Transactions made late last year at David Jones via The Qantas Mall where Double points were on offer, was an issue that many members here on AFF had to chase also.

Thanks Phil. Do you know if I should be expecting the bonus points to post separately, or do I have cause to chase this up now?

Hmm, it could post separately like many other promotions ( ie last year's early bird flight promotion, for double points on the base fare, the actual double points posted separately a few days after the original base points posted on the activity statement).
But I suspect this one might require chasing up ( I could be wrong though ).
Maybe our lovely friend Red Roo could fill us in :)

The same issue has happened with me so following this thread with interest.

Likewise. But I'm finding across the board that points are taking longer than normal to credit; bonus point offers from the mall, restaurants, gift cards - none of these points are appearing as fast as they used to. Don't know if QFF have changed their processes.

It's a concerning trend.

I agree, that for Qantas Restaurants, on many occasions, it takes up to 3 months for points to post. ( I believe this is to more to do with Dimmi, not requesting the points sooner, than a Qantas systems error )

My current bug-Bear is with Woolworths Petrol.... Many members, including myself have not received points in Months, Due to some "systems error" with Woolworths IT.

Hopefully these issues will be rectified soon, as Qantas would no doubt receive the correct revenue from selling the points from its retail partners and Qantas Frequent Flyer members have more confidence in not having to constantly chase points up.

The base points should credit within 30 days from date of purchase. The bonus points can take up to 30 days after the base points have credited.

As always, please get in touch with our Frequent Flyer team on 131131 or email [email protected] should your require follow up. :)

Another Great Speedy reply Red Roo! :)

Thanks for your input on this one.

Is anyone else missing their bonus points from this offer back in September?

I have sent an email to the Frequent Flyer service centre about this. Let's see what they have to say.

Yes bought clothes for number one child. Got the regular points 30 days later, but still waiting for the bonus points... Really how hard can it be to do it all in one go?
