If you're a Hilton HHonors® member, you may have noticed that your account is feeling about 20% lighter. At Priority Club® Rewards, we value your loyalty and we'd like to make up for what you've lost with Hilton.

Just tell us how many HHonors points you've "lost" and:
  • We'll automatically "give you back" 1,000 Priority Club points
  • If you're one of the top 20,000 "Lucky Losers," you will gain back up to 20% of your current HHonors balance in Priority Club points (up to 20,000 points)
  • If you're "The Luckiest Loser," you'll win 2 million Priority Club points

Did someone lose HHonors points?

So if you tell Priority Club you did not lose any HHonors points do you still get the PC points?

Thanks for an easy 1000 PC pts! Unfortunately, my HHonors balance is only 466:oops: as I burned all my points prior to the recent devaluation!....so I won't be winning the 2 million PC pts!!!

And you had to be a PC member by 31/1 so no joy here.

A turn of phrase - there was a devaluation in redemption rates, which some look upon as a loss of points
C'est la vie. The world moves on and there are more important things to worry about.

I now have close to 25,000 HHonors points and still have no idea how I am going to use them. I will try and tweak a way to get them to another program as I feel using them on a $200/night hotel (if one is lucky to get that type of redemption) is a total waste of time....

You need 40,000 now for them to be worth something. Then u can use them at a $400/night hotel.

More seriously though, I see Hhonors points as a side bonus, the 1000 bmi pts/night is what I like about hilton's program - (nearly all of my hilton stays are 3 nights or less, and you get 1000 pts for the first 3 nights of each stay),

Thanks for the link oz_mark. That was easy. I think I have just about enough PC points for an award thanks to surveys and promos like these topping me up.

Considering IC Adelaide was in the pointsbreak list for 5K until last week, 1K is pretty good value!

Agreed.

I have about 42k HH points at the moment, which I like to keep as a "Don't Sleep On The Streets For Free" card (cf. Monopoly's "Get Out Of Jail Free" :)). The co-bonus with BD (formerly QF) is also a nice plus.

No chance that I'll be collecting the 2 million or any consolation prizes. But I wouldn't mind 1,000 PC points.........

Have over 100K HH points, the 20,000 cons prizes are capped at 20,000 Pcp's.

I had to upload a copy of my statement to enter.

(I spent 25,000 before Jan 15 on a stay at a hotel where the best available rate was €300 -that hotel has gone up to 35,000 HHonors points.)

Thanks, I got my 1000 PC points though I have 0 HHonors points from 6 nights last year.

Me in a $400/night hotel. I don't think so. If I did not trust the people on FT connection I would trade them there for almost anything. Otherwise they will go towards 4,000 frequent flyer points somewhere.

Agree the double dip is good. I used to put them to Qantas and now they go to Virgin Atlantic so they can sit in that program and me struggle to find a suitable award to HKG for the dates I want....

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

My 62K HH points might just be of more value that I first thought. Thanks for the info.

I was being a bit tongue in cheek before, but in all seriousness I am saving my Hhonors points for using in hotels - primarily expensive destinations/expensive times of the year. For example did use them in Paris - when any hotel (with its own bathroom) was going for about $200 AUD a night (think it used 35K pts then) and Hilton was about $500 AUD/night. I never would have paid $500, but even saving the $200 from a hotel (like a Mercure) I would have stayed in that was pretty good value (and as a HHonors gold - I got upgrade and exec lounge access :))

Also places like New York and London are good for using points - where hotel prices are expensive. But if your travels are confined to places closer to home - then I agree - I wouldn't use them in Australia or most of Asia - as hotels are much cheaper.

> 68K Hilton points, and no request for verification, so doubt I'll be in the top 20,000.

Still, an easy 1000 PC points.

4 nights at the Holiday Inn Gold Coast over Xmas New Year was one of the times I have used non points break rewards, given the room was selling for $400 a night I considered it worthwhile, putting the inlaws up at IC Burswood after their cruise for 4 nights as part of a pointbreak - priceless when it comes to brownie points - and they did not use the free mini bar grrr! Certainly agree that using points for nights is often not the best use, but a times they do come in handy.

20K PC points just posted.:D

This based on my 128HHonors points.

Add to that the 1K for entering to my total of 500 for enrolling some time ago.

Now 21½K PC points and status of "Gold" ...

... one day I may stay at a PC hotel ...

Excellent news serfty.

I just looked and I have an extra 20,000 points also.

With a few stays and promos that have been around this year I have retained PC Platinum already this year. :D :D

Nothing posted for me, I had (and still do) just over 41,000 Hhonors points.
