I sent an email, got my $2 change oweing in the form of a new voucher. Did not get my points yet. Waiting over a week since email.
 
I would resend, you should get confirmation that they have received your email, and also add the address to your address book re auto spam filters.

I'm guessing the confirmation should come back pretty quickly?

11 weeks tomorrow since purchase. Call logged with QF approx 2 weeks ago. The delays in these points posting makes one wonder just how much of a mess their systems are in.

Might be more problems ahead though.

I had had a missing 5,000 points from a $500 voucher that I bought for use by two passengers, which was subsequently used in full.

I emailed the QFF team to lodge the request to investigate and adjust.

There has just been a 2,500 point credit to my account, referring to the voucher promotion. Seems they are still missing an adjustment of 2,500 points, and perhaps they think that a 2 person voucher only entitles the purchaser to half the bonus points.

I will re-send my email with further requests for investigation and adjustment.

RedRoo, if you are reading this, you might want to try to cut this off at the pass. Seems the process for these adjustments, if it's an automated process, isn't working to plan.
 
I can confirm after just checking my QFF account for a used $500 voucher the bonus points have just posted too!

Happy Days the 5000 points will come in handy!
 
5000 pts for me too!! Only problem is I spent $1000, so I've been short-changed by 5000 points.

EXCITED! finally 2000 from a used one came through.

ANNOYED! the second 2000 from a voucher purchased and used on same days as the one that credited are still MIA. GRRRRRRRRRR!!!!

The Bonus Points for all my vouchers posted on 24th January. No follow up required this year :)

I also phoned and had the vouchers linked to "My Bookings" which makes life easier

....and finally, I thought there was a space and I had entered the QFF Number for each recipient at time of purchase, or maybe I don't remember correctly :confused:
