Can someone explain why I flights have been recognised on my QBR activity but zero points have been allocated?

I recently flew HBA-SYD-HNL on QF metal in discount business (I). QBR earn was 20% of those points earnt in my personal FF account. The return two weeks later HNL-SYD-HBA was in flexible business (J) which is obviously a higher spend, but whilst the flights show in QBR no points have been added. They show as usual in my personal account.

I can’t see why this is the case; if the outgoing flights are eligible, why isn’t the return?

Do they show has zero, or have they not been added at all?
It can haven't shown at all, do a claim

The QBR points / activity can lag personal account by several days.

Have you contact QBR to query this?
That's my next step. I have just checked it again and it now says 'Private corporate airfare'. I've read commentry about this on another thread. But it makes no sense if points were awarded for the outgoing flights under the same booking reference, but not the return. You would assume both ways would have the same earn.
