Hi, We are flying into Dubai in July with a stop over before going on to Athens. Has anyone used the International Hotel there at the airport? We can't work out if it's safe to book now given we don't know which gate etc; we will be going into? Would appreciate any input. Thanks.

Totally normal these days sadly. A few years back I took photos every flight and sent the, to the head of customer service (we had a number of phone calls too). Nothing changed and so now we fly QANTAS only when we need to.

Can’t stand his food, would be thrilled if QANTAS dumped him and brought in someone with a more in touch approach to traveling menus.

we have flown Singapore Air many, many times and agree with you. The quality of the facilities has deteriorated considerably. The bedding is very uncomfortable and has minimal leg room. Heaven help you if you are over about 5’3”. It’s likely we won’t fly them again, unless left with no options...
