Who else still holds the Citibank Free For Life Premier Card?

It needs to be within the last 12 months, so you better find your paper trail, as they could ask for evidence. I generally don't bother with the plane ticket requirement anymore, as it's much easier to simply charge $500 of hotels and walking tours. Less headache.

Significant NAB changes coming; no travel insurances on most cards from mid-2026

I have also received a letter in the mail for my Suncorp Platinum. It seems all cards at Platinum level or below are losing insurance, whereas Signature level is having insurance retained.

AMEX Delicious Month Out: 20% back on dining - May 2025

How come that I haven't received any communications from AmEx on this? Am I supposed to start reading physical newspapers? I got this offer in my Reserve + Edge + gold charge accounts, except my additional cards.

China announces visa-free travel for Australians visiting up to 30 days (previously 15 days)

The only 'uncertainty' I would consider is how likely I would become a political hostage when inside China (assuming you are not of Chinese heritage) Their visa application process look serious; but having applied for tourist visas in 2018 and 2019, plus using their 240 hours landing visa in...

China announces visa-free travel for Australians visiting up to 30 days (previously 15 days)

Chinese Communist Party created this visa free policy, because foreigners and foreign funds were exiting China, while the economy in China was going in reverse, so they wanted to attract foreigners. Hence, the answer to your question would be: how bad do you think the economy in China will be...

☕ What's your definition of "good" coffee?

Oh, you can trust me when I say I never drink instant or pods. They are disgusting. Actually, coffee in California is also disgusting from experience 18 months ago, even with independents.

☕ What's your definition of "good" coffee?

You know, I would Crowd Fund you if you want to start a court case against International Roast for labelling it "coffee" 😏

☕ What's your definition of "good" coffee?

That is if you can actually order one. Coffee seems to be an afternoon and evening activity, so you wake up in the morning, and basically the only places you could get a coffee are Starbucks in business or tourist areas.

Who else still holds the Citibank Free For Life Premier Card?

Just tried, if you mean Offers > Exclusive Care Offers > My Cashback, I eventually got "Sorry, we are unable to process your request right now. Please try again later." I last accessed and used it back in Feb (3 months ago), for Star car wash $5 back. Let me send Citi a message 😈

Only Chinese passports, and Taiwanese who are forced to use a Chinese issued ID card for Taiwanese (because, you know, Taiwan is not a country 🙄 ), are eligible to use eGate. All others have to use human counters.

Earn Qantas points at Lotte Duty Free

Ah, cough offer, because this offer is only available within Australia. I have been to Lotte in Sydney city and it's cough. The range (number of SKUs) of Korean stuffs and cosmetics and skin care is a shame. This offer would actually worth something if it applies to Lotte in South Korea.

    A330s out of life

Oh, you maybe right 😅 You know, Qantas C levels should play it. If they knew back in the 90s 00s what would happen when planes get old, do these people deserve their C level salaries. But first, let's get them to play Transport Tycoon 😁

    Ethics of status runs

And ethics is important to everything we do. As an example: If there is no law which says it is illegal to steal someone's wallet, would it then be OK to steal someone's wallet? This question is clearly not political. At the risk of being off topic, on stop of status run, is the pointy end. I...

    A330s out of life

Some people get asked in their day job, to build graphic presentations and dashboards, which are able to tell stories, especially to explain things to C level executives. Maybe they should make everyone on the board play SimCity. For those of you who have never played it, the game SimCity...
