I'm not terribly good at all. In Y 30 minutes of sleep in every 120 minutes. On a lie flat maybe 2-3 hour blocks. No alcohol in flight helps as the need to go to the toilet is reduced that disturbs me the most.

Agree with @Austman just set up camp in one of the restaurants airside they are reasonably priced and sometimes less crowded than the very ordinary lounges.

QF408 Mel-Syd Y-J 5400 points for myself and mini me 40 days out.

No problems getting into EK lounge did so in October, but it did close about 30minutes before my QF flight so switched lounges for the little bit of time
