That does not make sense (unless not on the one booking). Passenger manifests generally make available a passengers complete trip; origin, destination, transits/transfers, etc.. QF would be very aware.

Maybe they are have a dearth of Beyond members actually using the facilities.

Qantas will release Business award seats mainly based on what proportion of the available seats they predict they will sell for $$$. The more seats in the cabin, the more award seats may be made available. If you need to travel take what you can get now and keep an eye out.

Pre COVID, I have obtained boarding passes at the QF lounge. That is currently closed for rebuild but apparently there is a temporary Qantas service desk in the EK lounge. They may be able to assist. Another option would be at the gate.

MEL-SYD 1:30pm ... Lunch going by the chocolate: Options were "Tandoori Pie" or "Ploughmans Plate". I had the latter: That was all I really needed after a Spice Bar bowl in the lounge. It was fine with the ham being the standout, Prosciutto was bland.
