While very well true; crew/circumstances can make or break the cooking/presentation of meals, there is the basic availability to be considered. What i was referring to was a general comparison between the long-haul business class offerings of each airline.

I guess with the QF Galley Lead/assist, I am sure that generally they try their best. However, given the comparative ingredients they start with there is only so much lipstick you can put on a pig.

It depends when they walked. Pre COVID and shortly after there was a reasonable walkway with placards at points of interest etc. . The walkway seems to have been basically let go in the last year or two.
