There is a pancake machine in Brisbane, its awesome. And boiled eggs and cold meats and all sorts. I think it's pretty good myself. The soup is the best, I hope they never lose that. After a business trip of nerves and fast food, simple soup is good.

Silver has free checked luggage and priority boarding when travelling overseas. And the two free lounge passes can come in useful if you are early at the airport or delayed. It's still worth it in a big way. Those stainless steel wire tags are very nice, and can be moved from bag to bag easily...

Hi Can someone validate if this is correct please? I have a booking from LA to BNE that is points + pay, flying PE. I phoned up Velocity to ask what it would take to upgrade that to business but was told that once the booking is made it can't be changed. Sounds a bit limiting! Any ideas...
