I have also been really lucky. I have complained and the Bank refunded they the fees twice! 2 years in a row! I'm not telling them as a result of their stuff ups...... :o

A lot of discussion is focus and blame is on the Banks. We should lay our blame on the Reserve Bank. They were suppose to look after the consumer however this has backfired. As a result, we are all now up for higher Bank charges.
