Being over 6' tall I find stooping uncomfortable when ...errr... draining. A knee works well to keep the lid open while ...in progress. Clearly some of our fellow pax aren't bothered by pesky hygiene, aircraft loos are revolting, so minimal contact, and a good wash&scrub after, is essential.

Like PlebStatus, I would rather have a cheaper fare and a menu of options including the option to have nothing and save those $$. OTOH, when I travel for FedGov clients they pay the "fare" but not onboard extras, so an all inclusive option would work in my favour. Even so, I'd prefer the choice.
