Calculate mixed class booking points required

SQ removed mixed class bookings when they installed the new website. The only way is to do it in seperate segments sorry to say. I also doubt you will get 2 F Savers on one flight, even with the new rules

    J Savers

I am not a fan of the Spacebed on the 747 at all. I would take the 73A personally. Newer and more comfortable seats and infinitely better AVOD. I think the Spacebed is way past it's prime. Have flown the upper deck and while yes it's more exclusive, for mine the cons outweigh the pros for the 747.

    New Singapore Air website

180k, was that booking two seperate legs, as you cant do mixed class redemptions? was that PER-SIN in J and SIN-LHR in F?

Making the best use of the Krisflyer points I have

We stayed at the Conrad in 2009 in a Executive Room and it was excellent. You have made a great choice with the Conrad. My favourite hotel in Singapore. The breakfasts are the best I have had anywhere in the world! The staff are excellent also.

    * A Award from Perth to US using KF

Problem is I cant get two F savers on SQ to get to FRA and MUC requires standard points which are way too much.

    * A Award from Perth to US using KF

Cove, yep looks like thats the only way. I cant even do mixed class redemption with * Alliance Awards either so would have to start in SIN. Annoying because its 100k points each way to MIA in F from either SIN or PER, means I have to waste 27k odd points to get to SIN in J. Also checked...

    * A Award from Perth to US using KF

I have 200k+ points to use for 2 one way F Award bookings with *A. I was originally going to use F Savers to get to JFK (actually need to get to MIA) but have decided against as cant get two F Savers on one flight and I cant do mixed class redemptions on the cough new website as cant get to SIN...

First Time Domestic Business Class Travel

My last few MEL- PER flights have been on 737-800 frames so must be a bit unlucky. Although managed to score an upgrade for a flight next Monday PER-SYD on a A333. Looking forward to the skybed again.

    Dumped Westpac Platinum Visa Krisflyer

The Mex Platinum offer for 75K points I believe is valid through September 2011. Not sure about getting the fee waived first up though but yes its $900. It comes with a Platinum Reserve card also. The return ticket is with DJ. The Citibank card is $250. Not good value without the free points...

    Dumped Westpac Platinum Visa Krisflyer

I have done the same. My card is about 10 days away now from anniversary so will be calling them to cancel then. As an alternative for the Visa I went for the Citibank Platinum. Not perfect but the 60k points (40k KF) was a good incentive for me to take it this year until I find a better option...

Citibank Platinum VISA - 50,000 Bonus Points (expiry: 31 March 2011)

You can transfers these bonus CR points to other FF programs also, such as KrisFlyer. You just dont get the 1:1 ratio though. 60k points equates to 40k KF points I believe.

Citibank Platinum VISA - 50,000 Bonus Points (expiry: 31 March 2011)

Ok. Well still not too bad. The call centre tried to tell me it was 1:1 but from what I have read on this forum regarding their call centre, they cant exactly be trusted to know their product. Would you see an annual fee of $250 and the 40k bonus points as good value for this card? I really...

Citibank Platinum VISA - 50,000 Bonus Points (expiry: 31 March 2011)

I just received the same offer. If I am right that equates to 30k KrisFlyer points which is good. I wonder if this offer is timed to coincide with the Westpac KrisFlyer card Visa devaluation coming up in a couple of weeks. I sense Citibank may be looking to lure the dissatisfied Westpac...

Citibank Platinum VISA - 50,000 Bonus Points (expiry: 31 March 2011)

Not sure if this has been asked, however are these bonus points only fro QFF or can they be transferred to other airline FF such as KrisFlyer?
