similar to my point earlier, it seems people have just conflated JQ=QF.In some sense it was a very generous offer previously with JQ/QF arrangement. I'm not sure if there's any othrt airline out there that has similar deals with their LCC.
And using passes for QF pax from 1 July need to be travelling on the same flight.
No much has been said about that, so my passes are totally useless!

Just saw this on my socials. Poor wording but looks like a major loss of benefit for lounge pass gifting. Pax must be traveling with you. Qantas Loungewww.australianfrequentflyer.com.au

Could get the work experience kid to build a database heck even an internal website that has just JQ PNR and booking date. Scan boarding pass to enter PNR and it very quickly returns booking date. No other identifying information (names/flights etc) would even be needed in such system.Agree, but may be too onerous to police / too time consuming at the door?
JQ is a “budget airline” (LCC) after all.Is this a stepping stone to eventually removing access to JQ domestic?
Is this a stepping stone to eventually removing access to JQ domestic?
Lounge accessibility criteria on the Qantas website would suggest not, but I will leave it to someone with personal experience to correct me as necessary.I am confused. I am flying JQ32 DPS-MEL in late May 2026 on a Flex Plus bundle (which is no longer sold). I have QC membership. Will I be able to access the partner lounge in DPS or not?
With separate terminals in SYD and MEL, limited hours in OOL, that benefit is only half there anyway.this a stepping stone to eventually removing access to JQ domestic?
Don't think that ever provided lounge access. Only ever Business Max and the no longer sold Economy Max packages.am flying JQ32 DPS-MEL in late May 2026 on a Flex Plus bundle (which is no longer sold). I have QC membership. Will I be able to access the partner lounge in DPS or not?
Yes you will as a QC member.I am confused. I am flying JQ32 DPS-MEL in late May 2026 on a Flex Plus bundle (which is no longer sold). I have QC membership. Will I be able to access the partner lounge in DPS or not?

Not saying you're wrong, but I'm admittedly looking and not seeing where it says QC is eligible for the Denpasar Partner Lounge? I can see DPS in the linked list, but nothing that seems to explicitly indicate QC is eligible for access. I'm obviously missing something.Yes you will as a QC member.
See list of partner lounges in Asia accessible with QC membership prior to the July change. DPS partner lounge is on the list.
