Earlier today I enQuired on another thread if anyone was interested in going to this event...So I thought lets just start another thread to discuss to keep the "other" thread clean...

Qantas epiQure is launching a new series of Tasting events to kick start the year. “Wine & Wheels” combines a love of fine wines, with the fast-growing culinary trend of gourmet food trucks. Qantas epiQure will showcase an extensive range of wines from our Award winning cellar, and in Adelaide, La Cantina Co will provide delicious Mexican morsels to accompany.
Join us for an informal evening where you can sample gourmet street food provided by La Cantina Co, while enjoying new vintages, back vintages and even some exclusive wines courtesy of Qantas epiQure.
As an additional incentive, all guests will be gifted a Riedel Overture Magnum tasting glass, yours to use on the night, and then take home.

The Mill, located in Adelaide’s CBD, is a creative hub for local Artists. The large warehouse space was designed to support and help develop local artistic talent and is now home to over 47 designers, architects, photographers, visual artists, writers, and performers. This incredible artistic collaboration will provide the perfect backdrop for our unique tasting event “Wine & Wheels”.

Well depends on the time. But I am on virgin that night. So I can get an earlier flight. ;)

Anna, you know it wouldn't be an ADL event without your attendance, and you know I was baiting you and only joking don't you :D. Please don't avoid me, however I can understand why if you want to :p however you need to have the full DYKWIA experience now that you are amongst the LTG gods ;), I'm not sure I have met a LTG before so not sure what the protocol is...? I assume a\the "royal" protocol will "do" in the absence of knowing the full brief of meeting a LTG, hence I will adopt the "Neck bow (from the head only)" which I hope will suffice.

Seriously considered this, but I finish uni at OOL (campus is right there) at 12 on the 27th and have a class at 11 the next morning. No flights work out, even if money wasn't an option. And yes, I'm only looking at QF/JQ :p
