When did they actually change the T&Cs?

I took a Wayback Machine page print of the splash page dated 9 February, and I found out about the change in T&Cs on 10 February evening.

Of course, that's not necessarily precise, but that gives you an idea.

I submitted just as this promo came out before the restriction was in place. No joy with the match as yet.

According to their confirmation email you will get a email if unsuccessful and a gold card in mail if successful. No email so far

Welcome to AFF, rossb3! Can we ask when you put in your status match request? I put one in on the 8th Feb (submitted from the QF F lounge ), but still waiting to hear back or sight the change in account. I believe the 8th was before the update to T&Cs??

Mine was done on the 7th and matched on the 9th. My account states the card was sent on the 9th feb

Indeed - I picked it up via Loyalty Lobby in the morning of the 8th, no doubt the Americans had been at it all night! Not a lot of hope for completion, but then it was more a matter of 'obtain for obtain's sake', rather than having a rich desire to alter my flying habits...

You never know when it might come in handy, it did for me on an EY Malaysian special with an OP up in SIN.

February 7 -- a few hours after news of the promotion started appearing on the blogs and forums. I used my AA Executive Platinum status for the match; my EY account was freshly created with no previous activity.

I'm still showing as base tier, with application submitted before they changed the T&Cs for the UAE residency thing.

My application was submitted on the 8th and I'm still on base tier. I'm hoping QF WP will get me over the line.

Any updates or success from anyone that submitted on the 8th Feb or later? I sent something to EY last week as well... no response...
