Confirming EK BNE Lounge Access for WP flying on QF

Hey Folks,

I'm a QF WP flying out of Brisbane this week on QF tin for Singapore. Can I confirm that I will be able to access the Emirates Lounge (and that this is the best lounge option for WP in BNE). I'm flying economy if that makes any difference to the situation.

The EK lounge will be close prior to the departure of QF51. This is unless you are flying QF8 connecting to QF5/81, of which the EK lounge should be open due to outgoing EK flight to AKL.

Its pretty quiet right now. QF51 delayed 25 mins means the HKG and LAX flights have all departed and the lounge is very civilised now.

The BNE flounge is a joke. Is there any plans to put a proper lounge in does anyone know?
