It's a good precursor for the real deal in SYD. BNE Flounge/QF8 J is a good start to an Int flight ex-SYD - as long as there is plenty of connection time allowed.

The Brisbane First lounge is OK.

My only concern is there is only 1 desktop for use. The Business lounge has 3-4 so better chance of being able to use one.

Is this lounge Dom or International ?

Many years ago I seem to remember a small room at the top of the escalator. Is that still it ?

The joy of turning left!

From the top of the escalator you approach the service desk.

The business lounge door is to the right and on the left is a frosted door to the "F/irst lounge" (which could easily be described as a "small room").

It feels like any other lounge at 6am or earlier.

I didn't think there was any F flights out of BNE.

There aren't, with QF. But the signage and announcements at the gate still include mentions of First for PB, etc. found that amusing in May when I flew QF15.
