Due to elective surgery I'm looking at moving my flights back by a week.

Currently booked on a Red-e Deal SYD-xBNE-CNS and against the booking it says I paid ~$192 for the ticket. That was the cash component of the ticket as I used a $50 voucher to get around the booking fee. Now when I choose different flights for the following week it will only give me ~$192 credit against the new fare and change fee. I assume that I'll have to call up and get this done over the phone which will charge me the $40 telephone assistance fee.

If I call up will the $50 voucher be recognised and will there be any chance of the telephone assistance fee being waived as I can't do this online?
